Delivery Info
What's About Town Ltd makes every effort to deliver all products to the United Kingdom only within 3/4 working days of acceptance of the order and will be sent 1st Class recorded delivery. In some cases it may take up to 7 days in the hands of Royal Mail . Where this is not possible we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance.
UK delivery is charged at £1.95 and free delivery on all orders over £50. They cover Royal Mail, first class recorded delivery and appropriate packaging for each item. Southern Ireland & Europe delivery is charged at £5.95, all packages will be sent signed for with the most appropriate courier to your country. United States and Canada delivery is charged at £6.95, all packages will be sent signed for with the most appropriate courier to your country. Delivery charges to any country outside of those stated will be charged at £9.95. All jewellery is packaged in beautiful satin pouches, with the exception of larger items.
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at contactus@whatsabouttown.com where we will give you clear instructions on what to do next.
We will replace the item free of charge and take up the case with the Royal Mail.
Any item that has been in the press may take up to 2 weeks for delivery but you will of course be notified.
