What's About Town Ltd makes every effort to deliver all products to the United Kingdom only within 2/3 working days of acceptance of the order and will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. In some cases it may take up to 7 days in the hands of Royal Mail . Where this is not possible we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance.

UK delivery is charged at £2.50 and free delivery on all orders over £50. This covers Royal Mail, first class Signed For and appropriate packaging for each item.

Southern Ireland & Europe delivery is charged at £5.95 Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

United States of America and Canada delivery is charged at £6.95 Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and may take upto 8 to 10 days.

Delivery charges to any country outside of those stated will be charged at £9.95.

All jewellery is packaged in beautiful satin pouches, with the exception of larger items.

With all overseas deliveries with the exception of Europe additional customs charges must be paid by the recipient.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at contactus@whatsabouttown.com where we will give you clear instructions on what to do next.

We will replace the item free of charge and take up the case with the Royal Mail.

Any item that has been in the press may take up to 2 weeks for delivery but you will of course be notified.
