All purchases at whatsabouttown.com are covered by our 14 day unconditional money-back guarantee. With the exception of pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less any delivery charges) as long as the items being returned to us are in their original condition, including tags attached and packaging.
Any voucher discounts will also be deducted.
To return an item you need to email us at returns@whatsabouttown.com. We will then email you an authorisation code/form. Please complete this and include it in your returns parcel. This ensures we have all the information necessary to process your request quickly.
We have the right to refuse a refund for any item received after 30 days and may send the item back.
Faulty Item
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or faulty item you must notify What’s About Town Ltd at returns@whatsabouttown.com within 3 days of receipt of the item. In this email please quote: Your Name and Address, Contact Number, Order number, Details of the product, Reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
Wrong Item
In the rare case that you receive the wrong item you must notify What’s About Town Ltd at returns@whatsabouttown.com within 3 days of receipt of the item. Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
