All our descriptions are as accurate as possible including measurements.

The product images were taken with a digital camera and the colour reproduction may vary depending on the type of monitor you are using. Due to differences of computer monitors, the colours displayed on your screen may vary from the actual colours of the products, What's About Town Ltd assumes no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products. We only apologise that all our Crystal especially Swarovski will be more "Dazzling" in real life than it is on the screen.

With Protx, What's About Town Ltd offers you Category 1 compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance possible.

What's About Town Ltd and Protx adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the payment procedure.

Protx is a fully approved payment processor with all major UK acquiring banks.

What's About Town Ltd reserve the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full.

Delivery Info

What's About Town Ltd makes every effort to deliver all products to the United Kingdom only within 3/4 working days of acceptance of the order and will be sent 1st Class recorded delivery. In some cases it may take up to 7 days in the hands of Royal Mail. Where this is not possible we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance. This may occur due to press coverage of an item.

When delivering outside of the UK we will aim to dispatch the item between 1-2 days however we can’t forecast delivery times out side of the UK.

Postage & packaging

UK delivery is charged at £1.95 and free delivery on all orders over £50. They cover Royal Mail, first class recorded delivery and appropriate packaging for each item. Southern Ireland & Europe delivery is charged at £5.95, all packages will be sent signed for with the most appropriate courier to your country. United States and Canada delivery is charged at £6.95, all packages will be sent signed for with the most appropriate courier to your country. Delivery charges to any country outside of those stated will be charged at £9.95. All jewellery is packaged in beautiful satin pouches.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at contactus@whatsabouttown.com where we will give you clear instructions on what to do next.

Security Checks

As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. These can take various forms, and may involve contacting you by telephone before your order is processed.

All our jewellery is Nickel free and is of a base metal unless otherwise stated i.e. Rhodium Plated, Stainless Steel or Real Silver. To care for your jewellery you should always avoid contact with liquids and perfume.
